    FOUNDER

    LaToyah has an eclectic and varied background, and has a ‘tapas’ type approach to her likes and loves; she has experience in many different spaces! She qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016 and has taught on retreats in Nicaragua as well as classes in her local community.

    She is committed to social justice and equality which she has delivered in many environments including as a community organiser, managing accommodation for complex needs street homeless people and the arts.

    LaToyah is currently the Executive Director for St Pauls Carnival in Bristol. She has an interest in how you can use the arts to tell stories; personal, political and shared stories. She works as a coach and facilitator, supporting people and organisations to build their own stories as part of their development.

    Joanna has a thirty year career in communications, PR and marketing and is an entrepraneur having founded and run several businesses.

    Having founded commnications business Purplefish in 2010 the business achieved B Corporation status in 2021 and became employee owned in 2024.

    She is also qualified advanced yoga teacher and runs Essence Yoga in Bristol which focuses on emotional, physical and energetic wellbeing.

    An experienced business coach she supports and advises people on professionl and personal development.

    She is a passionate mentor and advocate for running businesses with purpose, equitable access to opportunity and soical justice.

  • Gethin Russell-Jones

    FOUNDER

    Gethin has over 20 years of experience as a chef, working in restaurants, hospitality and corporate settings.

    Gethin uses quality produce to complement health and well-being. Now working as the Head Chef in a corporate company, his focus is on creating nutritious, interesting food and designing menus for everyday well-being as well as special events.

    He is passionate using his experience to develop young chefs and diversify the sector, using food to connect to communities and develop opportunities for the next generation.

    A keen cyclist, Gethin understands how important food is as fuel to keep the body at its optimum efficiency but also knows that food is a social and cultural experience and uses his love of travel to play with flavours and presentation.
